Willow
Willow is comprised of 8 pieces that are different widths and are 1.5 inches thick.
Each piece is connected to a backerboard of 12mm baltic birch plywood using small dowels and secured with wood glue, a construction mastic, or (careful) screws.
Nominal panel size is 51" wide at it's widest point and 96" tall at it's tallest point. Each individual piece can be finished differently that the others (if desired) including, wood grain, solid colors, or a textured finish.
Assembly is simplified using a number system whereas each piece as well as the backerboard is manufactured with a number. This makes this panel a cinch to install as it is just like a "paint by the numbers" painting.
